- Day 1 – Breads – White bread, Brown bread, Pav
- Day 2 – Cookies – Chocolate chip, Center filled, Ajwain cookies
- Day 3 – Sponges – Chocolate sponge, Coffee sponge, Vanilla sponge, Chocolate ganache, fruit compote.
- Day 4 – Filling and mousse – chocolate mousse, Caramelised nuts, Coffee buttercream, Vanilla mousse
- Day 5 – Tart and decor – Classic chocolate tart.
- Day 6 – Piping and prizing
- Day 7 – Figurines and social media – 1 pooh
- Day 8 – Jars 3 flavours – Vanilla hazelnut, Nutella jars, Blueberry
- Day 9 – Dessert table options – any 5 (pops, cakesicles, hearts, chocolates, mini cookies)
